It’s about people.

It’s about community.

Bridging the Gap Between Classroom Theory and Real-World Northern Application

Every life is sacred, and every individual is inherently worthy of love, dignity, and protection.

Our Mission is to equip individuals and organizations with the tools they need to navigate conflict with empathy, foster lateral kindness, and build resilient, trauma-informed communities.

Training in Partnership with Koru

We don’t do cookie-cutter presentations. Every workshop is adapted to meet the unique cultural needs of your specific organization.

Why We Do What We Do

At the heart of Muk Kee Queh is a simple: we love people.

We do this work because we find deep joy in helping individuals learn the vital skills they need to protect and uplift themselves, their relatives, and their entire communities. For us, traveling across Northwestern Ontario and visiting communities isn't just a job requirement—it is a privilege. We truly love facilitating, sharing our hard-earned knowledge, and building face-to-face connections with the people we serve.

Every crisis intervention module, mental health framework, team-building circle, and skill-building workshop we offer is driven by this love. By replacing judgment and shame with empathy and Lateral Kindness, we create a soft landing place where learning feels like coming home. We share our teachings because we believe that empowering your team with the confidence to act is the most powerful way to honor heritage, restore balance, and save sacred lives right where they are.
